Exploring the wonder of a camp site!
A Camp Site is an outdoor spot where people set up tents to sleep and enjoy nature.
A camp site is an outdoor place where people stay overnight, usually sleeping in tents, campers or cabins. Many camp sites have a flat spot for each tent, a fire ring, a picnic table and a water tap nearby. Campers bring sleeping bags, flashlights and food, and learn to leave the place exactly as they found it.
Camp sites can be found in national parks, forests, by lakes and at the beach. A first camping trip can even be in your own backyard. At camp, look and listen for wildlife at dawn and dusk, when many animals are most active, and look up at night to find constellations.
